Qualifications for Success at Syntasso
Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment through strong communication and teamwork skills such as pairing.
Dynamic Learning: Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and learning-driven environment, even when faced with ambiguity.
We value a strong desire to learn. While experience with every technology listed and other complex technologies is a plus, it's not required from day one. What matters most is your enthusiasm to acquire new skills and grow with us.
Navigate Complex Systems: Proven ability to navigate complex distributed systems through relevant work experience. Priority will be given to candidates who have built and supported complex software products
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby, Rust, Python, or Golang.
Hands-on experience in crafting and managing platforms using tools like Kubernetes, public cloud services, CNCF technologies, or the HashiCorp stack.
A right to work in the UK, and the ability to travel regularly to London to work in our office.
