Paula Kennedy

COO

Paula has 20+ years of IT experience and is the Co-Founder and COO of Syntasso. She's passionate about community, diversity, and inclusion, and is part of the organizing committee for various events. Paula is an experienced speaker and enjoys walking her dog and running half-marathons in her free time.

Chris Hedley

VP, Product Engineering

Chris has over 15 years of experience of building internal platforms for startups, banking giants and governments. He has been a Director of Engineering in Pivotal and VMWare, where he supported teams responsible for building platforms such as Cloud Foundry. Chris is Co-Founder, and VP of Engineering at Syntasso.

With over 40 years of experience between them, Syntasso's founders believe there is a better way to build platforms. In 2021 we created Kratix to make it easy to create platforms that help your business go faster, decrease risk and increase efficiency.
