MEET THE FOUNDERS
Colin Humphreys
CEO
Colin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Syntasso. He previously held senior technology roles at VMware and Pivotal. Colin is an expert in platform-related topics and has delivered solutions for eBay, Volkswagen, PayPal, Cineworld, and others.
Paula Kennedy
COO
Paula has 20+ years of IT experience and is the Co-Founder and COO of Syntasso. She's passionate about community, diversity, and inclusion, and is part of the organizing committee for various events. Paula is an experienced speaker and enjoys walking her dog and running half-marathons in her free time.
Chris Hedley
VP, Product Engineering
Chris has over 15 years of experience building internal platforms for startups, banking giants and governments. He has been a Director of Engineering in Pivotal and VMWare, where he supported teams responsible for building platforms such as Cloud Foundry. Chris is Co-Founder, and VP of Engineering at Syntasso.

Product Engineer
Abby is an international keynote speaker, co-host of the #CoffeeOps London meetup, and supports SLOConf as a global captain. Outside of work, Abby spoils her pup Zino and enjoys playing team sports.
Chunyi Lyu
Product Engineer
Chunyi has worked five years dedicated to Kubernetes and has over eight years of software engineering experience. Outside of work, she enjoys theatre, traveling, and attending concerts.
Derik Evangelista
Product Engineer
Derik is an eclectic mix of marathon running, audio-mixing and image editing. He lives by the enduring moto: Be better.
John Mikos
Product Engineer
John has been building and scaling systems for more than 20 years, leading Architecture, Platform, and Developer Experience teams across various industries around the world. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two cats, and his ever-growing global homelab.
Kate Smith
Executive Assistant
Kate enjoys adventures and new challenges, usually involving her bike. She's originally from New Zealand but now calls the UK home.
Ntongha Ekot (EhnTee)
Product Marketing
Ntongha Ekot is a marketer with experience in advertising and tech startups. Outside work, she's a spoken word artiste, video producer, and occasional scriptwriter. She enjoys trying new dishes, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Cat Morris
Product Manager
Cat is an avid plant enthusiast with dozens of houseplants. She also shares her home with Opal, her equally adored and often demanding feline companion.
Daniel Bryant
Product Marketing
Daniel is a long-time coder and platform engineer turned product marketer. He writes for InfoQ, O’Reilly, and The New Stack and regularly presents at conferences. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and travelling.
Jake Klein
Product Engineer
Jake has over five years of experience working in the cloud platform space, starting his career working on CloudFoundry before moving onto Kubernetes. He is an aspirational golden retriever owner, fantasy football obsessor and wanna-be cyclist.
Joshua Gupta
Account Executive
Josh is a passionate, energetic, results-driven team player who strives to drive business towards a sustainable future through technology. He is currently training for an Iron Man 140.6 to test his grit and resilience.
Kenny Adebajo
Business Development Representative
Kenny is a GTM professional, skilled in communicating technical & business value to commercial stakeholders. Outside of work, Kenny seeks positive social impact as a a trustee of the 'Daily bread Christian charity', a Christ centred charity for the homeless, and as a leader at Spellbound!, a public speaking org.
Sapphire Mason-Brown
Product Engineer
Sapphire made the transition from software engineering after a career in charity sector communications. She has since worked with platform teams to help them deploy and maintain their developer platforms.
