User-friendly platforms can be hard to design and even harder to implement. Platform engineers need to wrangle a large number of tools such as Helm, Kubernetes Operators, and Terraform to build on-demand services that support business use cases and constraints.
We've written previously about why platforms are necessary, and have provided an example implementation, but the real magic is in experiencing it for yourself.
